GO: Ag Composites Materials for Dynamic Humidity Sensing Applications

Silver crystallite-graphene oxide (Ag-Nps/GO) composites are widely used for various applications and an attractive material next-generation nano-electronic devices, we demonstrate their use in humidity sensors. crystallite (Ag-Nps) is prepared through a single step by reduction method at room temperature. The resulting pure phase as confirmed X-ray diffraction (XRD) without any traces of oxides or secondary impurities. size around 1 μm. These crystallites blended with synthesized graphene different weight ratio to make the composite. Various characterization techniques like scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV spectroscopy, XRD understand structures surface morphology. composite dropped on Al printed sensor (IDE). varied from 5% 55%, conductivity decreases increase humidity. has fast response/recovery time reproducible. In conclusion, present work describes low-cost, novel strategy synthesizing applications. sensors can be biomedical, food processing, agriculture, pharmaceutical, microelectronics.
